Raintree Dr., Suite 210, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, registering for a webinar, or providing consent to receive communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Site is provided for informational and lead-generation purposes. Use of this Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms may be updated at any time, as described in Section 19.

8. Message Frequency & Fees

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and service stage. Message and data rates may apply; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to all SMS messages.

9. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or blocked messages. Message delivery depends on successful transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
